yes, Micro ATX cases use ATX power supplies.

Anything smaller than microATX is where they start to shrink the power supply in most cases

Some older mATX cases use the SFX factor PSU's. Probably rare these days, but just be aware that may be a possibility.

There are at least some micro ATX cases that are slimline and therefore have smaller PSUs. I have had two fairly recently: the Antex Minuet and the Antex NSK-1480. They are noticeably thinner than regular micro ATX cases with the drawback that you can only use half height expansion cards and usually a limited number of 3.5" drives.

Also, check clearance regarding length of the PSU you can install. The ATX standard doesn't seem to define minimum/maximum length, so there's quite a variety of different sized PSUs out there, and quite a variety of possible clearances in cases. Best to stick to PSU's that are around 16cm long or shorter for smaller cases.
