micro atx board with usb 3.0 front headers/ AMD or intel for HTPC?

I'm planning on building a HTPC for the gal, not quite sure if i want to go with Intel i3 2135 cpu or an A8-3850 (suggestions would be great, used for movies and to replace a Imac with a E8600 cpu i.e some photo editing).

I want to stick with the Temjin TJ08-E case after reading its review. The only issue is that i am trying to find a micro ATX board with a USB 3.0 front header which seems pretty hard to find on the 1155 socket side. Would like to keep the motherboard's price at under $100 if possible, I'll go up to $125. Other than that i would an HDMI port at the very least and i would honestly prefer to stick with intel so i can drop my 2500k in later but AMD could still be game.

Trying to keep the budget under $450 with a blu ray drive, case, cpu, psu, and board.

Thanks.

I just did an exhaustive search on newegg, and there are no 1155 micro-atx MB's with USB 3 headers for the front panel.

There's an ASRock H67 mATX board with front USB3 for around $100. It comes with a nice 3.5" bay header/dual 2.5" SSD carrier.
