Grats to Michigan. I really thought ND was a better team, but they played like shat today. Spotting Michigan 14 pts on 2 early turnovers, they couldn't scratch all the way back. Then things really got ugly in the end.

Michigan should vault to top 4 this week and be in the hunt for the mythical NC.

Texas went from 2nd to 8th after getting pounded by OSU @ Texas, I'd immagine the same (or similar) would happen to ND getting pounded by Michigan @ ND.

#1 beating #2 isn't surprising. #11 beating #2 that's a huge upset and I would prefer to see ND out of the top 10.

who knows though? some wacko in the media might claim there was a silver lining and only drop them a few spots.

Well, with teams such as LSU losing, ND is probably going to have some room freed up for them to stay in the top 10, you never know. Of course other games such as Florida vs. Tennessee, a Florida loss would help keep ND in the top 10 - the same if USC loses to Nebraska, so you never know.

You are delusional if you thought Notre Dame was worthy of their ranking then or the ranking they have now. It was all based on hype and pretty much everyone who actually follows college football knew it.

You are delusional if you don't think ND has a very potent offense, so much so that this game is not over.

The can have a potent offense. Can the key word because they don't always play like it. They don't deserve to be unranked, or like 20th, but they certainly don't deserve to be #2 IMO. Their ranking is always inflated every year, and they get votes simply because they are notre dame.
