For those of you that go to State or are livling in Lansing/East Lansing is this a good apartment for the price/location/etc. I am transfering there next year and my friend alredy go this apartment for us.

I don't know if the buses run out there, it's quite a walk to campus. Price is not too bad if the double price of 670 is split in 2. The single rate is so expensive, but I guess that's expected of one person apartments. Never been there so I don't know if it is nice.

damn, are all your apartments that cheap over there? You'd only get that rate if you crammed like 4 people into a 2 bedroom over here in AA.

Wait until Monday. I work with a guy that went to MSU. I'll see if he knows anything about them.

I showed it to my buddy and this is what he had to say:

I have never heard of them because they are so far from campus. He is definitely not walking distance to campus or the bars from there. I can't say if they are a good price because I am sure prices have changed since I was there. I would advise trying to staying south of Burcham and in between Hagadorn and Harrison. The closer to Grand River the better. You have to pay a little more to be in that area, but in my opinion it is well worth it.

thanks bunker, we are on the bus line though, and both of us have cars so distance doesn't matter.
