well, I've seen Nevada and Penn have commericals for asking people to come invest in their state. I don't see that as signs of weakness.

Hey, it could be worse. They could be like New Mexico, which advertises "The Thing" (an Arizonan gas station attraction) on the Texas side of the state.

But yeah, Michigan is a crappy state. You just have to look at the crime rates to determine that.
