Michelle Kwan gets a bye and is admitted to 2006 Winter Olympics

"Kwan had to ask for a medical bye onto the Turin team after withdrawing from nationals with a groin injury.

In a bit of irony, the last person to get a medical bye onto the Olympic team was Nancy Kerrigan, who bumped a 13-year-old Kwan in 1994."

So who did Kwan displace for the 2006 Olympics?

her boyfriend/hubby is a very lucky man..assuming that she is a 10.0 in bed due to her felxibility😀

edit: ...assuming that she puts out

Sasha Cohen seems like the more flexible one, and she's better looking, too.

my wife was watching the trials, almost all of the others fell, so i think MK is probably as good or better anyway

Looking forward to watching this, have followed Michelle for awhile. Go girl!

Her performance to Fields of Gold at the last Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City was unforgettable...except, of course, it came in the non-competitive performance after she fell and lost the Gold...I wish I could get a video of that performance...there was so much hype surrounding her and it was cinematic the way it all unfolded! I hope she gets it this time...

emily hughes, who is 2002 olympic gold medalist sarah hughes little sister.

not that she would have done that well on the international stage, but who knows. everyone knew michelle was getting her spot - she would have had a broken leg in order not to go.
