I expect very strong protests from the Young Conservatives of Texas. Moore is a dumbass, and a fat one at that. Not only would I not go see him, I might protest his presence.

That speaks very poorly of the electorate at the University of Texas.I'm sad for you all.
I would rather hear Maya Angelou utter pretty things in her broken, awkward cadence than hear Fat Bastard pontificate on subjects that he simply does not understand.

LOL I want to know too![]()
Q1: In Bowling for Columbine, you claimed that Canada has a higher rate of gun ownership than the US, when in fact, that is not correct. All official sources put Canada's rate of gun ownership at approximately half that of the US rate. [Source: The Canadian Firearm Centre, Department of Justice Canada, recently found a household gun ownership rate of 17%. Similar surveys sponsored by the US Department of Justice have counted no less than twice that number.] Care to comment?
Q2: You also claimed in Bowling for Columbine that Canada was as racially diverse as the US, and therefore, the disparity in gun violence couldn't be explained by a difference in racial composition, when in fact, that is not correct.
According to official Canadian estimates (Stats Canada), the entire non-white minority population of Canada barely exceeds 10%. No single minority group by race makes up more than 3% of Canada's population. Blacks in particular, represent only 2.1% of Canada's population, while blacks alone represent approximately 15% of the US population. Canada is as lilly white as the whitest of uber white Scandanavian countries. Care to comment?
Q3: In Bowling for Columbine, you develop your premise that the United States is 'paranoid' and 'fearful', and we buy guns to protect ourselves because of this wildly exaggerated fear. Yet, throughout Columbine, you are continually reminding us just how violent the US really is. Indeed, it is one of the constant themes throughout the film.
It would seem that you cannot have it both ways: either the US is a really safe country, and our fears of violence are greatly exaggerated, or the US is a really violent country, and our fears of violence are not at all exaggerated but perfectly reasonable. Which is it?
Q4: In Bowling for Columbine, you attempt to make the case that Harris and Klebold were 'corrupted' or 'warped' by negative influences of the military industrial complex present in their community. That presence, according to your film, was a Lockheed-Martin manufacturing facility, which you assert to be manufacturing weapons and missiles, when in fact, that Lockheed-Martin facility has not manufactured weapons or weapons components in at least 25 years, long before either Harris or Klebold were even born. That facility manufacturers rockets to launch television and communications satellites into space, not weapons or missiles.
Are television and communications satellites 'evil' in your estimation, and, how could producing rockets to launch television and communications satellites into space 'corrupt' or 'warp' anyone by negative influences?
Thank you for your time, you fat lying slob.
