Not worth loosing 168 mil over hot:thumbsdown:

Never been with a hottie eh?

That's too bad.

Hopefully you do before you die.

Based on a ton of posters in ATOT complaining of too pointy elbows etc probably not much hope for you though if you are one of those.

celebs are dumping ultra expensive houses all over the place. here in northern california joe montanas also selling his monster home for like 50 million. i dont know why people would want houses and lots that big even if they could afford it

Only 5 fireplaces? Thats a little suprising

And it looks a tad dated, esp the entrance but still an awesome complex. I would love to look at that place (but I also love going and looking at houses in general)

Don't know why insanely rich men get married. They know their wives are just going to take them for most of their money.

His new wife is pretty, but there are millions just as attractive. Certainly not worth losing another $165 million over.

Sound financial advice.

Your talking like the guy that scores one decent chick and immediately clings to her because he thinks he'll never do better. Guys like George Clooney know better.

Hahaha, all kidding aside, I honestly don't think I could handle a place like that if it was just given to me. Just furnishing and heating/cooling the place would more than break me.

If you were to put up the house for rent, how much do you think it could fetch? 40k-50k a month? Should cover the costs of property tax and let the tenant cover everything else besides maybe landscaping.

New wife has HUGE hands.

You need car service to get from main house to the tennis court.

Has a terrible look to it. I thought office complex looking at the front door. The inside is ok but nothing special.

Nice pics, Sale in [SPAM REMOVED] will continue to be in strong demand due to the highly desirable nature of this upscale and growing community. Commuters working in downtown Toronto find that Scarborough offers excellent transportation to and from the city. Owning real estate in Scarborough is also a sensible investment choice given the quality schools, vibrant community life and easy access to Toronto.

please, tell me more.

no, wait...don't.
