Michael Jackson, Guilty or Innocent?

Given my apathy for the human race lately, I would sell him little boys for some of his cash. He's one rich bofo.

I hope they nickname him that on the inside. I'd beat his scrawny ass and take his commisary.

I voted that he was innocent. For a few reasons...

1) He is innocent until proven guilty.

2) I think that he is a weirdo, yes. And I think that his actions are inapprorpiate, yes. But I do think that there is nothing sexual in his intensions. I think he is a big kid, and his actions are those of a kid. I believe that in his mind... his actions are about love, not sex.

3) From what I read about pedeophiles, they dont usually offend once every 15yrs and do not in the interium. The normal (?) profile for pedeophiles is that they cannot control themselves and get worse and worse over time.

4) I think it is strange that with the hundreds of kids that he has had sleeping in his house and in his bed... the ones that press charges against him are all huge problems within themselves and thier families... and there are loads of kids coming to his defense.

Dunno... if he gets a fair trial, and they find him guilty, I will change my mind... but as it stands... I will give him the benefit of the doubt.

How many non-pedophiles pay $25 milllion to a family accusing him or sexually molesting their child?

You have some valid points, but #3 isn't so valid. It's been reported that he used to be much better and take a year or two to convince the kid and talk him into whatever he does with them. The one pressing charges now, it's speculated, was done very quickly and shoddily; just a few months time before the molesting began. That's almost qualifying your third point against the man.

I am not him... but in my mind... that amount of money to NOT go thru the hassle would be like me getting a speeding ticket... to me.. just pay the damn thing and not have to go thru the trouble of going to court, etc... for him it is probably the same thing... and it was on the advice of his lawyer that he did that... so he would not have the media circus he is having now. His lawyers told him to pay up and let it go.

this is not the first time they have made this charge... he and his mother were caught shoplifting in JC Penny, and while the kid was being questioned... hmm.. his mom said they sexually molested him...

there is also a video of her SWEARING that nothing ever happened... that is right before he denied her demand for a house, if i remember correctly... and she has claimed that she was kidnapped... while Jasckson's credit card shows that she was on a hell of a shopping spree.

 
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I respect that. I'm not bashing you at all. Still, $25 million might have been a drop in the bucket. However, if I had Bill Gates money and someone accused me of molesting them, I'd go to court and jail and die trying to clear my name. No way I'd pay off some little bastard. Just my opinion.

From what I've heard lately, if the first kid testifies, it's going to be a quick open and shut case. They can describe his body. They know what 'it' looks like. It's not bleached like the rest of his body. Why would any kid know that in the first place?

I think he'll either disappear or commit suicide.

I've heard this on several different news outlets. I'm not saying it's true, but it has been on at least 2 different outlets (ie. Today, GMA, Fox, etc.)
