Ok... On Friday former Cowboys receiver, Michael Irvin, got pulled over for speeding. He had an outstanding warrant for an unpaid ticket so he was taken into custody. No big deal. Upon his arrest his car was searched and a crack pipe was found. It is officially listed as "drug paraphenalia" but since that time it has become clear it was a crack pipe.
Michael's explaination for the pipe is that it belonged to a friend that he was helping to get clean. He drove his friend to his house for T-Giving dinner and before leeting his freind in the house he patted him down to make sure he didn't have anything on him. he found the pipe. He placed the pipe under the seat of his car with the intention of tossing it in a dumpster the next morning.
Today he gave an interview with Dan Patrick on ESPN Radio. In that interview Dan asked him directly: "Will you take a drug test to clear your name?"
He asked Michael that question twice. Both times Michael gave an artful non-answer.

What do you think? Is he lying? Is he clean?
Here's my take. I believe him when he says the pipe wasn't his. I'm not so sure he would pass a UA though.
