Discovered my 6 year old air conditioner has mice. One of my neighbors who lives here has them and informed all the residents in the area. Swell.

Cat is currently scrubbing the fins of the condenser coils with her paws and combing it. Next is my furnace which just so happened to kick in when the air conditioner was near the return vent. Dont know what im going to do if the 3 month old fireplace gets them and i hope to hell the fridge and freezer dont have them either.

Im currently doing laundry and have already sprayed down the furniture.

tips tricks?
