It's more personal opinion than anything. I like logitech products myself.

What should I look for when I look for one?

And why would I want to change between:

Tracking Resolution: 2000/800/400 dpi (user selectable)


Because one take more power than another (laptop use?)

I own a G5, I never thought I would use the dpi switcher, but I have many times, there are some times when it is nice to go from 2000 to 400 dpi in a second and then right back up again.

why? because when you scope in BF2, you switch resolutions for the kill then you switch back to run away from the enemy tank 🙂 pretty sweet feature if you ask me
