I am trying to help someone out with their laptop right now and their mic on their laptop doesnt work all the time. I found that reinstalling the driver fixes the problem but only for a couple weeks and then it resurfaces again. I read some online articles and forums and found out other people have the same issue with this notebook.
I was thinking maybe a usb mic or soundcard would work.
Do they make usb mics? would that likely fix this? Or would a usb soundcard be a better choice?
