While in general I do enjoying seeing some of the Miami misery, what is going on in this game? Turned to the game just before halftime and the score looks like an ass whopping on going. How did this happen?

A&M is indeed awful, but this game really kind of sheds some light on how good Oklahoma really is...... They smacked around Miami like they were playing a high school team, but Miami really isn't bad. No, they are not the Miami of lore, but they are not a crap team either -- but OK made them seem that way. Now the 'canes destroy A&M. Yowser, that OK vs TX matchup is looking big in two weeks.

I'm hearing a lot of the college watchers say that Texas has been playing uninspired and may be in for a surprise at the match.

having sat through several mack brown v. bob stoops matchups, i doubt there will be much surprise. :(

You beat me to it, that's exactly what I was going to say. I've attended a bunch of the red river shootout games, and until the last 3 years, Stoops and his sooners pretty much stomped the Longhorns into the ground.

The Longhorns should have an explosive offense, but they've been extremely "blah" thusfar. It hasn't cost them because they've played fairly easy games.... My prediction, the winner of the OU vs UT game plays in the national title game against USC.

Fran needs to get the boot and Johnson needs to be started over McGee. We sucked tonight.

2 weeks in a row they played underrated teams that marked their respective games on the calendars as much as a year in advance. i'd say it's just the medicine they needed heading into big 12 play. the "big plays" are gonna be there now than limas and billy are back at wide out, and the defense will be much improved with the 2 returning players from suspension.

if the rice game isn't a blowout, then it'll be a whole different story.

Damn.. I could have had Miami -3 at +140 and balked because of the way they got handled by OK last week...

Could have been a nice start to the weekend after I got my ass handed to me last week.

LOL... It seems that everytime A&M has a televised game, they screw around with their game plan and it always back fires.

At least we dont have Weis.

Fresno State should have beat them. I guess they're a very tough home team like Hawaii. :(

dunno how much they changed it. they still tried that worthless triple option bs even when they were down 30 points.
