Miami, FL Rebate center (Rant alert)

I have to say that the Miami, FL rebate center is the most unorganized and incompetent organization I have ever dealt with.

I submitted a $100 Sony rebate and a $30 WD/Office Max rebate and both seems to have vanished.

Even resubmissons seem to disappear. I sent the Sony with Priority with Tracking, it was received but then lost before reaching their system.
It gets so frustrating taking to one of the phone monkeys who can't/won't do anything but simply ask you to resubmit the rebate.
There are no accountable supervisors accept for a mysterious Blake Thompson and even then you get no where accept 'please re-submit your re-submission!' :disgust:
Is it too much to ask for a business to have a person that understands what you are saying and is able to resolve some issues over the phone???

EDIT: I will be faxing them re-submissions and following up with phone calls EVERYDAY until I get my $$. This may also be the last time I purchase something that has a rebate that goes to FL.

Did they transfer all the Rochelle (sp?) workers to the Miami location? 😕

I feel your pain. Everything here takes 4 times as long and since most people are incompetent you are lucky if anything ever gets done.

No help I know but maybe just a little insight.
