I'm like what the H_

Totally rushed ending, terrible conclusions of the bad guys and treads on weak sauce?

I think that his wife should of been crying after already killing two guys and reviving her husband.

More explanation of the situation from the HQ. Stupid fight at the end with the guy who said he was going to kill his wife in front of him.

Fighting wasn't as cool as part 2.

Pro's: Maggie Q was (is) hot, I don't care what anyone sez, but when she was in that red dress at the party, I knew right away that if she wasn't in the movie, everything else wouldn't even have been worth it in the making.

I don't even remember the ending. Only thing I can remember is how Keri Russell's character died-- that was sweet.

Like the scene where two guys jumped off airborne motorcycles and collided with each other? M:I 2 was a terrible, terrible movie, and it is the reason I have not seen the third movie. Mission: Impossible was a very good movie. Shame they made the second suck so bad. They overused the masks.

I just watched this movie today as well and I must echo your sentiment.

A horrible POS.

The ending seems bad until you remember the endings to MI1 (absurd helicopter stunt and mask reveal) and MI2 (typical John Woo preposterously over the top fight fight for 400 minutes nonsense). Compared to the previous movies, this ending was the citizen kane of Mission Impossible endings.

I stopped watching it with about 30 minutes left. I just didn't care because it was sucking so badly.

MI:3 is easily the best in the series, IMO.

I will skip the first two then. That is sad.

It's sad but true. MI3 is definitely the best. MI1 is the best if you stop watching about 1/2 of the way through, though.

Anyone who liked MI2 should be ignored. They are in need of psychiatric help. If I made a list of the worst 50 movies I've seen, that would definitely make it to the top half.

I liked the Spanish house scene. The rest was craptastic.

The third's ending wasn't bad. And she wasn't instant good at shooting. Just clever. She emptied two magazines on 2 people.

I enjoyed MI:3 much more than Pirates 2. Sure MI:3 was a bit dumb, but not padded out an hour with incredibly boring and stupid set pieces and no plot.

I liked MI2 a lot. I treated it as an absolutely mindless action flick, and it damn well delivers on that score. Last 20 minutes are fantastic "will they EVER give up and die?!" fare. :D

It seems fantastic unless you've seen a few other john woo movies. Then you realize they are all the same in the end with the drawn out fight that ends up with people blowing air on each other because they are so exhausted after riding every vehicle in existence across the globe 4 times and using 400,000 rounds of ammunition.

Yeah I know, part 2 with the masks... ridiculously overdone... they tried to implement that in part 3, ... and it seemed to fail miserably
