mgi or adobe

who likes mgi or adobe, i have been messin around with some digital photos. i'm using xp and i love the way it handles photos except for the editing keeps sending me to paint. is that the default, ond if i install a decent editor will it give me any probs? any ideas are helpfull. jer

Which program are you talking about? Photoshop kicks ass, many other Adobe products are pretty
good, and my experience with MGI has left me never wanting to use their stuff ever again.

both my mgi and adobe are old, adobe didn't give me the options i like and mgi kept moving my photos to places i could'nt find. i liked mgi for the options, and adobe for the ease of use. i'm not sure which version of mgi or adobe i was using on my win98 box, but for xp editing which program would be better? tia, jer
