MGD vs. Bud

MGD all the way! I buy at least 2 cases of it every Friday. Bud is made with rice and doesn't agree with me well, plus the taste isn't as full as MGD.

Beer would dehyrdrate you even further and wouldn't be a good idea in that situation.
 
mgd and high life are passable. I feel like a wuss though when I drink the 'champagne of beers'. Bud is plain nasty.

Pipe down all you beer snobs. No, it's not as good as "_____" micro-fancypants beer, but if you regularly drink Budweiser, you can take solace in the idea that almost every tavern in the States will have 'your brand'. You can take your Red Stripe or Harp and have hors d'oveors with patte....I'll be just as happy with my bratwurst and bud...I mean, Bud.

amen brother

after 4 years of drinking Keystone lite and Mil Classic Lite, i actually like them, hey they are better then natty

and Bud lite is the best of teh lite beers anyway
 
This isn't close - Bud is a LOT better.

I am a bit of a beer snob, and would never deliberately seek out either beer, but MGD is just grotesquely bad. It has no bitterness at all, just a bland, watery, nasty, vaguely sweet flavor. At least Bud has a bit of bite (albeit about 1/10 as much bitterness and body as the beers I like), and in the office-picnic setting, with these two as the only choices, I'll take Bud until it runs out, then leave.
