My 2009 Lexmark is on its last leg. We are looking for a full-spectrum MFP, with fax, AirPrint, scanning, etc. I would like Legal flatbed for scanning, but paper feeding will do (the primary thing is that I can scan or fax legal size, whether this be through the feeder (like our Lexmark) or flatbed scanner).
I think we narrowed our choices to either the HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Wireless Color Printer with Scanner, Copier & Fax or Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4540 Wireless All-in-One Color Inkjet Printer. One data point is that the HP would likely fit better in my study desk, but size isn't a deal killer. We're just looking for a well-built machine that performs well (primarily for home, with a small percentage for small business use).
