MFlash not recognizing non-K OC bios

When I run mflash it sees the usb drive but there is nothing inside it. The file is supposed to be E7984IMS.B5T
 
so I put the latest official bios file on the same flash drive and mflash was able to see it. So I think its an issue with the bios file. I redownloaded the file but same result.
 
I finally managed to get it installed by flashing in dos mode by booting directly to the usd drive. mflash would not work for some reason. anyway now my problem is the bios is pretty useless. Even a 1Mhz increase in BCLK causes it to fail and go back to default values.
