The war on drugs is not a winnable war...just like the war in Iraq, or Viet Nam. I'm happy that someone finally realized this, and took the big step of decriminalizing drugs.

Most politicians in Washington are too dense to realize, that if you get rid of the crime, the criminals will somehow vanish. Now, dispense, regulate and tax......was that really that hard to figure out:? 🙂
