After paying too much money for my phone with Verizon. I decided to switch to a cheaper plan. So I bought a Audiovox 8500 for $200 from metroPCS. The plan is $35/mo for unlimited minutes (but it ends up $50 after adding caller ID, waiting, sms text, etc.).
The first 2 weeks, everything was fine. Although the signal wasn't as strong as Verizon, but i could make and recieve phone calls without any problem. Now I'm in the 3rd week, I experienced drop calls, lost signal all the time for no reason (although I put the phone right at the spot it used to be good).
I wonder if anyone else experience the same problem and is there any way that we can make the phone reception better? Tried to call them but only automatic machine answered me.
