Metro 2033 - I give up...

Any time I play a game I play it on the hardest setting, my goal is not to just FINISH a game but to BEAT it...

I am playing Metro 2033 on Ranger, this is the harderst game I have EVER played...

I FINALLY made it to Chapter 4 and I have been stuck for a week now. I can not get up the ramp to wear the Nazi's come from. I made it to the stairs ONCE and as I turned the corner I guess I took one in the temple...

I have NEVER reached this point before in a game, but I surrender, I just can't keep enough ammo or position to make it through...

Someone said Metro First Light is more balanced, I just bought it for $4.99 on steam, maybe I will try it now....

Might be worth playing it on hard instead of ranger, then once you know the game and have discovered it's secrets you will be better equipped for the ranger challenge.

I've heard that before but it doesn't seem like a game where the re-play-ability is as fun as say, Borderlands...

Maybe not quite borderlands but I think that is the point of Ranger mode, plus there is the whole alternate ending that you have to work for during the game.

Ah...well playing METRO LAST LIGHT now, playing on RANGER even but seems better equipped this time...
