methadone is slow, thats why they give it to people to get off junk.

i believe that you can't get high from methadone if you're an addict, it's used to combat the withdraw symptoms to get you off herione... that's what i was told....

Eh? ATOT, and its false info. Addicts most CERTAINLY can get high from methadone.

From what I've seen with some terminal cancer patients, methadone is a very good alternative to morphine for pain relief - if they want to be with it, instead of snowing them.

I had a friend passaway from taking methadone - respiratory failure. Please do not use it recreationally.

Most potent is probably fentanyl and its derivatives as stated above.

Other strong ones would be heroin (diacetylmorphine), hydromorphone (aka Dilaudid). Fentanyl is considerably stronger than either of these on a per milligram basis, though.

try out some carfentanyl active at 1 microgram... strongest i've ever encountered although its not very practical unless you dilute it in a bunch of liquid and just put a drop under your tongue..... not that i've ever done that ;)
