Meteor shower tonight!

Yeah, I've been looking forward to it. Of course, lucky me, clouds are moving in right now and are supposed to stay through tommorrow.

there was a chart b4 showing the approx time where it would be spotted at specific time... anyone remember and or anybody know where i can find that link?

Damnit, i was at a lake far away from the city last night, saw more stars than i have ever seen and tonight is the meteor shower? WTF.
On a bright note i did see alot of shooting stars.

If you saw a lot of shooting stars, that WAS the meteor shower. That's what it looks like.

So, why are they saying that this year's Perseid is going to be better than other years? Anyone know?

I saw the best meteorite I've ever seen in my life.

It was long REALLY BRIGHT and BURST at the end. Truly awesome... I'm about to go out and check for more...

You will probably see one a minute. 40-60 in an hour approx. from what I've read.

I'm over here in Michigan and I just stepped outside, it's 1:05 AM, saw 3 really brilliant ones in about 8 minutes. Too cold out for shorts *puts some pants on*.
