Metatag Searcher

Does anyone know of an app or any way that i can find if a website is using a metatag of a certain word, aside from doing a search on the major search engines, and viewing the source code to the top 50 hits? Basically i need to find out if any websites are infringing on the trademark of an organization, by using the name in a metatag.

Also is there an easy way to find out who has paid for a click on a search?

I think dog pile is all meta tag based.

If you know PHP, you could parse out the links from google and use this:http://www.zend.com/manual/function.get-meta-tags.php

Of course that would take longer than doing it by hand
