I believe's it's metallica's official forum site. The only reason he targeted it is because it's running an exploitable version of phpBB, he even gave the link to a thread that explains how to do the exploit

Yup, any forum running phpBB 2.0.8 or lower is capable of being hacked, serves them right to be honest, all the money they have and they couldn't afford a mere $90ish for something decent like vB :roll:
