yea.. the sequels aren't going anywhere, but the prequels have a lot of potential. mgs4 started ok but fizzled out imo. mgs2 did the same.

most of the prequels are on hand held. it's about time big boss showed up again on console 🙂 this look like it happens right before metal gear 1 and theyre in the midst of the les enfant terrible project? anyhow, kojima has done much better on the prequels than the sequels, storywise. gameplay has always been pretty good imo.

I disagree and think that MGS4 was one of the greatest games this gen. The story was unbelievably well done.

Agreed, I had MGS4 for a year before I sat down and forced myself to finish it.

Gameplay was nothing special an the story was more convoluted than ever.

absolutely not.

The story was terrible, drawn out, a lot of parts are so ridiculous and is extremely far-fetched given the universe this was set in. It's only "so deep and intriguing" if you don't have anything else to compare it to.
