I have seen an article before that stated the game would be out on the 360 as well. Can't remember where ive seen it though.

Man that would be great... Loved'em ever since the original NES games. Snakeeater was amazing... will definitely buy or rent this if it comes out.

you know, i wanted to buy a ps3, but every game that i wanted for it seems to be going to xbox 360...you know it inevitably will go to the 360...i might as well just get one of those now.

are any good games exclusive to ps3 anymore?? jesus

Final Fantasy is still with them, as is the God of War series, GT, Heavenly Sword (looks like it'll be good), and some others.

Also I'll believe this when Konami announces it.

You mean like the hundreds of other rumor articles? Everything claiming "fact" to MGS4 on 360 has been nothing more than a rumor. So far, everything actually said and announced (either by Sony, Konami, or Kojima) point more towards "PS3 only".

This site probably just had a mess up. I read a comment on Kotaku that said this website is good at making BIG mistakes like this (like something that had to do with Halo 3 some time ago).

Besides Tretton, Kojima, and Peter Moore himself stating that MGS4 is PS3 exclusive, HMV must know something they don't! LOL! You think MS would keep this a secret if it's true? Keep dreaming Xbox fans!

BTW, they have Unreal Tournament 3 coming out for Xbox 360 this September and no PS3 version even though the game will be PS3 exclusive this year. The site isn't very credible.

There are so many cases of game stores puting down preorders for games that haven't been confirmed yet.

The "franchise" is coming to the 360, not MGS4. It probably means MGSO is coming to the 360. Sony moneyhatted Kojima by offering him cuts from the MGS film which is being produced by Sony.

Yes, but its also been confirmed that Konami execs have been reconsidering the exclusivity. I'd bet good money MGS4 comes out on 360. It won't be on the same date as the PS3, but it will be released.
