Met this girl on Craigslist....

She's got a town home just outside of Boston, where she lives with her boyfriendish man, as well as another girl.

I met them. They all seem really nice, and friendly, its right off the subway, and rent would be cheap for my own bedroom.

What are the potential negatives of this?

seems fine, I would make sure you get a written agreement for the lease, and that if a person breaks lease, they themselves are responsible for finding the replacement AND must pay rent until the replacement is found and moves in.
