Hi every-body,

I need a messenger software to send alerts(like pop-up messages) to my co-workers.
Have you ever try some of those?

I am already testing some trial versions but I am shure that i can find better ones.

thank's

E-mail?

Do you have your employer's permission to install your choice of messaging software on your co-workers computers?

We use Google email at work and it has a nice chat and SMS client with it.

If you're trying to send messages to everybody at once, Messenger Service is probably the best option. Spammers have effectively abandoned it, so it should be OK to enable now.

Thx for your answers,

My messages need to be seen very quickly, that's why I was talking about pop-ups, with an e-mail, I'm not shure every-one is gonna read my alert.

Slugbait, I think you are talking about net-send? the problem is that this soft is only available until XP1, and my environment is win7.

D'oh, forgot that they removed the Messenger service in Vista.

It is in XP SP2 (it's a core system component), but it's simply disabled

I am finally trying a software, it is called dMessage, and it can send pop-ups to local networks and target users (thx to a the AD). The interface is less easy and simple than net-send, but it is all right.
