Last year I got an invitation to activate COD Black Ops on Steam for free. Just as suspicious as the one you posted.

Run-of-the-mill phish that didn't even competantly hide the URL. I remember when you could add a really long username to the URL to spoof anything you wanted, like:

"http://www.spoofedsite.com:enough_random_gibberish_to_push_the_real_url_off_the_screen's_address_bar@http://www.impostorsite.com"

Be sure to report these people to steam. I got the same message, blocked the user and reported them.
