Messag editing function not working

When you are creating or editing a message the little functions like QUOTE (quote bubble), and Create a link are not working, and I have write the BB code myself.

I was thinking I would find long thread here on this topic, but I don't see it,maybe I didn't look far enough.

Try using a different browser and see if the issue is still present.
