I have: Gigabyte 8KNXP and two SATA Raptors. There is no OS on and I need to get Windows XP installed. I hear I need to make a floppy disk *gasp* with RAID drivers on it.

1. Manual says to copy stuff from D:\Other\SiI\Si3112r\Si3112r. Are there fresher versions out on the web and do I need any other files on this disk?
2. The raptors have no manual but there are strange connectors on the back. I figured the small L shaped ones are the data connectors and are the large ones for power? It has a normal power connector so I'm confused.
3. Do I need to do any fanciness in the BIOS to get RAID 0 going or is that all defaults?

1: Usually the latest drivers are on the Website of the MB manufacturer, in this case Gigabyte.
2: The Raptors have power connectors for SATA power or the old standard Molex, you can use one or the other, do not use both.
3: Just make sure that the SATA raid is turned on in the BIOS, on some boards this is not an option, it is on by default, just check and make sure that it is enabled in the BIOS IF you have that option.
