Mesh fan grills

Anyone know where to find these in a 92 or 120mm configuration? I'm planning to cut a hole in the side of my case for better flow and would prefer to use a larger fan if possible. I really think these would go well with my case, but I only see them in 80mm size.

AllElectronics sells plastic mesh that you could use to make your own. Not exactly what you wanted, but cheaper and more flexible.

Oops, not exactly what you're looking for...cheaper, though, than Directron. Might be worth considering?

Aluminum would be nice, but not really a requirement. The plastic looks interesting, but I'm not sure if it will have "memory" like metal would.

I know coolermaster makes a version of my case with a side duct already built in, but it also includes a pretty ugly plastic bezel on it in some off-green color. It's also not even available as a replacement side panel a la antec/chieftec/chenming.
