Better get to Madagascar before they close the border; probably too late already.

107 deaths in 2 years.

Meanwhile, 500,000 Americans die every year from smoking. Maybe people are getting their panties in a bunch over the wrong respiratory problems.

A viral and often fatal respiratory disease in the Middle East has taken a turn for the worse and is spreading throughout the region, as well as to parts of Asia and Europe.

Well now,...

SARs has a death rate of 9.6% and killed a grand total of like 775 people. So, even if that tripled, who cares?

Plus, that was in China and this is in the Middle East. 90% of those people probably don't even have the most basic of medical care, of course they are going to die.

It's not a question of tripling--but increasing massively more rapidly. For example AIDs developed in the U.S. from very few people and spread to a large number. But think how much more difficult it is to spread AIDS than it is to spread a cold or other respiratory illness.

Where does that story mention America? The graphics don't show any cases here, either.

I saw the breaking news on FOX. I wasn't able to find a current article on this topic yet.

I'm surprised FOX didn't blame the Obama administration.

The medical community is very worried about the spread of MERS. It's not a huge threat now, but it could be in 2 years. Also, there is no cure which is scary.

The citizens of middle eastern countries enjoy the kind of social benefits that the average person in west can barely dream of. In fact the issue there is that they have too much benefits, encouraging laziness.

Please enlighten yourself about the world

That Ebola outbreak in Africa must have had a higher death rate, not heard anything about it in the news recently though.

If they can't beat us on the battlefields, if we stop their terrorist bombing plots...they attack us with biological warfare.
