i recently swapped video cards, and have been needing to format and reinstall the OS. i've been putting it off becuz nothing has really gone horribly wrong since i did the swap. the biggest thing is probably that my powerdvd gives me a BSOD, which i think is related to the swap. so today, since i got home nice and early from work, i decided to get movin' on the format. in the process, i decided to stick in an extra hd i had. one thing lead to another, and soon enough, i had the pc gutted all over the table. after slapping everything back together i go to boot and it fails. DOH! at first i thought it might be my hsf not making good contact with the cpu, so i was pulling the hsf on and off... each time praying i don't accidentally crush the core. well... eventually, i broke the fan 🙁 so for xmas... i would like a hsf for an xp2400+. how about it my good peeps 😀

edit - by the way, the reason why the pc didn't boot was becuz of the video card... AIYA!
 
i want a 65inch widescreen HD tv.

I had asked for it but NOO i get a 5.1 speaker surrond sound set and a bunch of smaller stuff. bah!
