Merge two folders into one

Here is the scenario.

Folder A has many pictures and subfolders with pictures. Folder B is a copy of Folder A.

Edits have been performed on different pictures in Folder A & B.

I need to merge Folders A & B (and their subfolders) and save them to Folder C (with all the subfolders and directory structure the same).

I have been searching for weeks and can not find an application that will bascially merge Folder A & B into C. Does anyone have any suggestions??? This is actually for a Mac but I'm thinking there will be more options if I share the files through the network on the Mac and use my PC for the merge software.

Thanks!

It really is pretty simple using Explorer - just drag and drop the files from the whatever into the whatever and then delete what you don't need. I'm sure Macs have a good file management program that can merge folders. Common sense rules.

Thanks for the responses.

I've found that I can use robocopy.exe from the W2k3 server resource kit or I can use xcopy with the /d parameter.

I also posted a message on guru.com and I have some guys that can make the software for me for around $100.00.

Unfortunately, going through windows explorer and copying and pasting is not really possible because it's tons and tons of data. It would take several weeks. Mac has no software that can come close to what I need ;p

Was the question posed in "All Things Apple"? or any of the mac developer forums? Seems like a native mac/mach solution would be much better.

robocopy.exe can also be found in "/windows/system32" in vista32.
