mercury in tuna?

i heard that there is mercury in tuna and you can get sick if you eat too much of it. i eat a can of tuna about 2x a week. how much is too much?
 
2x a week is not too much.

Also, albacore tuna has higher levels of mercury, so stick with the cheap stuff if you can stand it.
