Mercedes 300TD question

I have an '82 Mercedes 300TD. The 120V plug for the block warmer drug the ground last night. It is ruined. I need to change the plug out. Once I cut the old one off, how can I tell which wire is the ground? All three wires have black shielding. Thanks!
