The kitten in that picture looks way too young to be away from it's mother. 6 weeks is about as young as you want them to be before take them.
I was just about to post the same thing. If you take the baby that young, you are much more likely to get a cat that misbehaves.

No two cats are identical, so you can never know for sure. However, the most well-behaved cats generally have these things going for them:
[*]Lots of time interacting with humans from the day they were born. Even a few weeks without sufficient human attention while it is an infant will likely produce a cat that is much less loving and much less obediant to humans.
[*]Lots of time interacting with animals - especially its mother and siblings. The best-behaved cats generally spend their first 3 months with other cats. Typically the rule of thumb is 1.5 months as a minimum but you typically get much better results at 3 months.
[*]Never pick the runt of the litter. The runts learn early on that they have to fight for everything. They fight their siblings and they will fight the humans.

My friends cat just had babies. So my friend wanted to give me one of them. But I had to wait like for 2 weeks for it to get bigger. After I got it, it never meowed until now.🙂

Somehow the second I read the title of this thread I knew who the poster was, before glancing the few more inches across my screen and confirming it.
