Menu Systems for 30 Network'd Computers

Can 30 Windows XP Computers access 1 main menu , when booting up.??
They have only internet access with no Server, server is off-site.
I want to share a few files and give updates on this menu??
Any direction to go with this... would be great

Assuming you configure rights correctly and create an adaquate profile, they can all log on as the same user. (make sure you allows 30 simultaneous logins 😀 )

I guess that "menu" could be set to pop up at login
