I used to have a list of myths and wives' tales associated with menstruation, things like bread failing to rise if it is baked by a woman on her period, or that scissors will go dull if used by a woman on her period. I don't have the list anymore but am trying to find it on the internet. I'm having no luck. Maybe someone here has heard of some of these or can help me find the list.
 
Women are moody when menstrating...wait that's not a myth 🙂

I'm doing a presentation about menstruation and the mistaken beliefs people have about it. I thought the list of folklore would help me inject some humor into the presentation.
