As people get older, they sleep more often but obtain less REM sleep (which helps repair the body's fatigued locations). I would suggest that you try your best to obtain more sleep. Also, try to exercise at least 45 minutes three times a week- this will not only help with your lethargia but will also help you sleep better and improve your mood.

I don't need any damn mood improvement, you jerk! Joke, joke, joke!!!! I couldn't resist! Actually, you're all correct; I'm shot. I beat on my body pretty good in my early 20's, worked out and ate right from 25-27, and after that......Enter The Downward Spiral. :(

I may take some before and after pics...just for the hell of it! **You too can go from slob, to buff pimpdaddy in just 8 short weeks with the new LardyFatAss exercise and diet program!** I can see it now......:)

I would say 7 1/2 hours a night including weekends. I find as other have already stated

1. Keep well hydrated
2. Try to exercise at least three times a week
3. Eat healthy

I'm still working on number 3 :D
