Memtest86, will it work with Win2k?

I've tries several times and all I get is the numbers scrolling by that indicate the disk is no good, I've tried new disks and still it won't work, is it becouse I'm making the disk in a Win-nt environment?

I created my disk in XP, works fine.

Worked fine for me in Win2000. Are you clicking on the "install.bat" file in the package? BTW, my file system is NTFS.

Yup, I installed it according to the instructions, but when I run it all I get is those numbersscrolling by, I guess I'll try again.
