Nope, but I have heard of it. Never had to use it though. (Never even had to use Memtest :<)

Yeah! I can see that!! I've got the very same OCZ Platinums in my Prescott box in a 2GB kit.

I guar-an-tee!! You can run up the voltage on those to 2.75V -- just below the recommended warranty limit, keep the latencies at 2,3,2,5, and raise the speed on them as far as "DDR-452."

I"d need to check again, though, to see if they're running at a 1T command-rate . . . .

I may give it a try. From the article's author: "In my experience, modern memory modules are unlikely to fail, and new brand-name memory modules will almost never be faulty." How much experience does this guy have?
