MemTest86+ Shows Different RAM Speed Than CPU-Z

I just began a MemTest86+ 1.70 test to see if it's my RAM that's been giving me stability problems.

My RAM is DDR667 stock but they are Micron D9's so I bumped them up to DDR800 in bios (no manual settings, can only select from DDR667 or DDR800). Knowing that my x2 6000+ chip (at stock speeds) can only have a max RAM speed of DDR750 due to the weird rounding issues, CPU-Z shows DDR750 in Windows but while running MemTest right now, it shows DDR861.

Anyone know why

Memtest86 had my X2's memory speeds labeled wrong unless everything was set exactly at stock.

I wouldn't worry about it; memtest86 still tests the RAM thoroughly, which is precisely what it was written to do.
