You have to actually burn the ISO using a program like Nero. In Nero you'd just close out the wizard, go to open, then select the ISO and then burn it. It's a bootable CD-Rom in that once you have it burnt, put it into the cd-rom drive, restart your computer, make sure your BIOS is set to boot off a CD and let it run.
