I got a computer in that had sudden restarts to BSODs on startup. the 0x00000050 and 0x000000D1 mess.

It's a Chaintech KT600 board
Ive changed everything except the cpu.
updated BIOS
reset cmos as well as different settings
Tried different vid cards...
4 perfectly fine Sticks of RAM

I get BSOD when i even try to boot with xp disc.

The thing is that through memtest every stick of RAM in the first two slot halted once test #7 came around and gave a billion errors when test #7 came around when installed in the 3rd slot

So... am i looking at a mobo RMA? or is there something that I should know about memtest.

Have you checked the web site for the motherboard to see if the RAM you have is compatible with the motherboard?

Some RAM web sites (like Kingston) also tell you if their RAM is compatible with a motherboard.

the thing is the computer was working fine for like 2 months. Now its just extremely unstable with 4 different brands of RAM with the same halt on #7
