Memtest Results: How concerned should I be?

I finally decided to overclock my Opty 170, but figured I should run memtest before hand because my faith in this DFI board is limited and the computer has exhibited symptoms of flakey memory in the past.

Anyway, here are the results and how concerned should I be?
It's OCZ DDR PC-3200 Rev 3 Dual Channel, if I remember correctly.

Also if anyone has done an OCZ RMA before, how easy are they to deal with and will they charge your card, ship, and the credit when they receive the RMA?

I think you may have the timings set wrong. That ram is likely 2.5-3-3-5 at best. Double check the stock timings and try it there.

If not OCZ RMA is good from what I hear.

OCZ RMA is awesome!

I had a powerstream 470 die on me and they gave me a 520 in place of it. Easy and quick.

and I agree with JM... set it to 2.5-3-3-X and try again.

this time loop test #5 instead.

Wow, thats really not good. What's the voltage rated for and set at?

Which DFI board? Many DFI boards have BIOS's tweaked for specific RAM, runing the wrong BIOS can cause problems.

NF4 Ultra D
Voltage rated for up to 2.8V, set at 2.65V. I'm not overvolting to get it working properly at stock speeds either, that's ridiculous. (I'll save that for overclocking 😛)

And about the DFI bios... I'm aware there's one better suited for winbond chips, one another, and one a bit more generic. How the hell do I know what is in my ram without ripping off the heat spreader?

if it'll run 2-2-2-5 then it's most likely winbond bh-5 or ch-5.

another way to test is to see if it'll run 240-250 mhz @ 2-2-2-5 with 3.2+ volts.

but my guess is that it probably isn't just by looking at the rated timings.

usually there are three bios... -1, -2, and -3. -1 is for generic, -2 is for bh/ch-5/6 and -3 is for .... man, i forgot already lol...

give -1 a try ... not sure though where you can find the older bioses though
